United Way 2-1-1 provides free and confidential health and human services information for people in Minnesota. They are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Public Health/WIC

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutritious foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education to low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as to infants and children up to age five who are at nutritional risk.

Community Pathways TEFAP

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is available through Community Pathways.
